My teaching experience in this pandamic situation

     Teacher professional identity is defined as  the beliefs, values, and commitments an individual holds toward being a teacher  as distinct from another professional and being a particular type of teacher  e.g. an urban teacher , a beginning teacher , a good teacher , an English teacher , etc.       From my childhood I very fond of writing things than reading text . I always keep writing notes for every activity. I used to write dairy also. I strongly believe that those hearts are clean, whose writing is elegant . So that I always prompt my children to write stories on their own. Some times they might write some small poems , rhymes also. we make them professional in English writing by applauding and prompt them to write various discourses in English .       The following are the essential qualities that a good English teacher should have: Patience . They struggle to organize and use the mechanics of writing . They are slow and inefficient in retrieving the right words to express an idea. I noticed poor vocabulary, awkward phrasing and unconventional grammar, inappropriate use of colloquial language,  difficulty  with sentence structure and word order in those students.  I am P V Ramana from Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh. I want to thank my C.M. of Andhra Pradesh because the A.P. government supposed to conduct so many classes for teachers through the DIKSHA app in this epidemic period and give rise to develop ourselves. And government-supplied module named  SADHANA  of two levels to primary school children in the state and conduct online classes through the Doordarshan channel. We divide entire primary school students into two levels according to their academic standards. We supplied those modules according to their respective level.   Teachers go to school twice or thrice a week, divided into three groups as low tech, no tech and high tech according to their availability of media like what's app, television etc. Ask them to go through those and follow those videos excluded in television.
